Allison Bidzinski, RN
Hi, I’m Allison!
I’m Allison Bidzinski, RN, owner and injector behind BOTOXbidz (get it?).
I’ve been a registered nurse for nearly 20 years, spending most of my career in the Emergency Department and PACU. My love of learning eventually brought me back to school, where I earned my Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner, graduating with a 4.0 GPA and becoming board certified. While my role at BOTOXbidz is as a nurse injector working alongside my medical director, continuing my education has made me an even stronger, more thoughtful provider.
My journey into aesthetics actually started with Botox. I wanted to try it for years, finally worked up the nerve—and I was hooked. That curiosity turned into training, certifications, and a genuine love for medical aesthetics.
I’m constantly learning and refining my skills because you deserve someone who understands not only how to perform a treatment, but the anatomy, science, and safety behind it. My approach is conservative and intentional: natural results, patient education, and safety first.
Outside of aesthetics, I’m not very fancy. I could live on french fries and pizza. I’m a Type A perfectionist, a little stubborn, artistic, rarely wear makeup (high maintenance to appear low maintenance), and still love a good leopard print. I’m also a wife and mom of two, usually running around, with our Goldendoodle along for the chaos.

Meet Maria
Let me introduce you to Maria Schepis, APRN, FPA—the woman who helps make all of this possible.
Maria started her career as an ICU nurse, where she worked her butt off for more than 17 years. She then went back to school to become a nurse practitioner, working in pain management and critical care telemedicine before eventually following her passion into medical aesthetics.
Today, Maria is the founder of Norvanta Clinical and serves as the medical director for BOTOXbidz. Her extensive medical background, advanced education, and love of aesthetics make her an incredible resource to have in my corner.
Maria is smart, artistic, patient, driven, and an aesthetic nerd at heart. She is constantly attending conferences, completing advanced hands-on trainings, and looking for opportunities to learn—and thankfully, she loves teaching and sharing all the pearls she picks up along the way.
She’s also a wife and mom of five (yes, FIVE!), loves dirty martinis and Mexican food, enjoys shopping at little boutiques, and somehow finds time to bake. Fun fact: she even had a cookie business before aesthetics.
She knows her stuff, keeps me learning, and I’m incredibly lucky to have her as part of BOTOXbidz.
