Good Faith Exam
Before receiving any treatments with me, the State of Illinois requires you to complete a Good Faith Exam (GFE) with my medical director. This is required before your first treatment and once yearly thereafter.
We use Jane to schedule your virtual Good Faith Exam.

Please choose a time when you can be in a private location with access to a computer or device with video. You’ll be discussing your personal health and medical history with Maria, so you’ll want to be somewhere you can speak privately and comfortably.
Please come prepared
Your medical history is an important part of keeping your treatments safe. Please provide a thorough and accurate history of both current and past medical conditions, surgeries, allergies, and other relevant health information.
Please also have a complete list of all medications and supplements you currently take, including why you take each one. Even something that may seem unrelated to your aesthetic treatment can be important for us to know.
The more complete your information is, the better we can determine which treatments are safe and appropriate for you.
A link to join your video appointment will be emailed to you 30 minutes before your scheduled time, so please use an active email address that you can easily access.
Once completed, your GFE is valid for one year. Please reach out if you have any questions or trouble scheduling.

Consultations are a chance for us to meet in person or virtually and talk about your skin concerns, aesthetic goals, and what you’d like to improve. We’ll review your options, answer your questions, and create a personalized treatment plan based on your goals, timeline, and budget.
There is never any pressure to move forward with treatment. If you decide you’re ready, we’ll schedule a separate treatment appointment for another day.

NEUROTOXINS
Soften movement. Smooth expression lines. Keep looking like you.
Neurotoxins work by temporarily reducing the signals between nerves and targeted muscles. By relaxing specific muscles, we can soften existing expression lines and help prevent repetitive movement from creating deeper wrinkles over time.
Treatment can be customized throughout the upper and lower face to soften wrinkles, improve facial balance, and address muscles that contribute to downward pull—all while preserving natural expression.
Results are temporary and vary by product, treatment area, dose, and individual metabolism, but typically last around 2–4 months.
The goal is never to look frozen—just naturally refreshed.
DERMAL FILLER
Subtle volume. Beautiful balance. Still you.
Dermal fillers are injectable gels, most commonly made with hyaluronic acid (HA), that can be used to restore volume, soften lines and folds, enhance facial contours, and create more balanced proportions.
Filler can be used in areas such as the lips, cheeks, chin, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and pre-jowl area, with every treatment customized to your anatomy and goals.
Results are immediate, although swelling and bruising can occur and the final result takes time to settle. Depending on the product, treatment area, and individual metabolism, results may last approximately 6–18 months or longer.
My approach to filler is always conservative and intentional. A little can go a long way. The goal isn’t to change your face—it’s to enhance what’s already yours.
SkinPen® MICRONEEDLING
Collagen activated. Skin renewed.
SkinPen® microneedling creates thousands of controlled microchannels in the skin, triggering your body’s natural healing response and stimulating the production of new collagen and elastin. Over time, this remodeling process can improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars, enlarged pores, uneven texture, and overall skin quality.
One of the reasons I love SkinPen is that we aren’t adding volume or changing your features—we’re encouraging your skin to repair, rebuild, and become stronger from within. It’s a great option for anyone looking to invest in the long-term health and quality of their skin while keeping results completely natural.
For best results, I typically recommend a series of 3 treatments spaced 4–6 weeks apart, followed by maintenance treatments as needed. More treatments may be recommended when addressing concerns such as acne scarring or more significant texture changes.
Microneedling is a collagen journey, not an instant fix. Your skin begins its repair process right away, but collagen remodeling continues for weeks to months after treatment—meaning your results continue developing long after you leave my treatment room.
SCULPTRA®
Build collagen from within.
Sculptra® is an injectable biostimulator made with poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), a biocompatible material that stimulates your body’s own collagen production. Rather than simply adding volume like traditional filler, Sculptra works gradually to improve skin firmness, wrinkles, and overall facial support.
As we age, we naturally lose collagen. Sculptra helps rebuild that collagen foundation from within, creating stronger, firmer, more resilient skin with subtle, natural-looking results.
Sculptra is a collagen journey, not a one-and-done treatment. I typically recommend 2–3 treatment sessions spaced about 6 weeks apart, customized to your skin, anatomy, goals, and budget.
Results develop gradually, continue improving for months, and can last up to 2 years.

HYPERDILUTE RADIESSE®
Strengthen, smooth, and firm.
Hyperdilute Radiesse® is an injectable biostimulator made with calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA). When diluted with saline and lidocaine, Radiesse can be distributed more broadly beneath the skin to stimulate your body’s own collagen and elastin production rather than simply adding volume.
I love hyperdilute Radiesse for areas where the skin has become thin, crepey, or less firm, especially the neck and décolletage. Instead of filling individual lines, we’re working to improve the quality, strength, and support of the skin itself.
Like other collagen-stimulating treatments, results develop gradually. I typically recommend 2–3 treatments spaced about 6–8 weeks apart, depending on your skin and goals.

CHEMICAL PEELS

Healthy skin is the foundation of everything we do in aesthetics. Injectables can soften wrinkles, restore balance, and stimulate collagen, but we still need to treat the skin itself. Improving skin tone, texture, pigmentation, and overall skin health can make just as much of a difference in how refreshed and youthful your skin looks.
Chemical peels encourage exfoliation and cellular renewal, helping improve the appearance of sun damage, pigmentation, acne, fine lines, uneven tone, and texture.
At BOTOXbidz, I offer two different peel experiences. BioRePeel® is perfect when you want a refresh with minimal visible peeling and downtime, while VI Peel® provides a more intensive treatment with several days of visible peeling for deeper correction.

PRP Under-Eye Rejuvenation
Your own platelets. A natural approach to brighter, healthier-looking under-eyes.
PRP (platelet-rich plasma) uses a concentrated portion of your own blood and platelets to support the skin’s natural repair processes. It’s a great option for the delicate under-eye area when the goal is to improve skin quality, fine lines, texture, and the appearance of discoloration rather than simply add volume.
Unlike dermal filler, PRP does not fill the tear trough or replace lost volume. Instead, we’re working with the skin itself. This can make PRP a beautiful option for patients who aren't good candidates for under-eye filler, don't need added volume, or simply prefer a more regenerative approach.
PRP is not a one-and-done treatment. I typically recommend a series of 3 treatments spaced about 4–6 weeks apart, with maintenance as needed. Results develop gradually as the skin responds and remodels.

EXO|E Skin Rejuvenation
